How does it work?

Your next adventure is only a few steps away!

1. Select the required gear, the dates you will need it and a drop off location. (Not sure what to pack? See one of our online guides<-hyperlink or reach out directly, we are more than happy to help!)
2. Read and agree to our terms and conditions (available here) <-hyperlink
3. Complete payment.
4. One of our outdoor specialists will contact you asap to arrange a drop off/pick up time. (Drop off: up to 24 hours prior to your rental time. Pick up: maximum 24 hours after rental time completion.)

How much do I pay for delivery/pick-up?

Delivery is $25.00 for orders under $75.00, orders totalling more than $75.00 are free within the Lower Mainland.

How long can I rent gear for?

As long as you would like! Daily rates apply up to 5 days at which point there is a price break. Require a long-term rental? Contact us and we can arrange for that. 

Is all of your gear clean and sanitary?

Yes! In addition to strict adherence to all provincial COVID19 guidelines, Pika Outdoor Specialists have elected to limit our rental gear to snowshoes and poles for the winter season. Every piece of gear is meticulously cleaned and stored for 48 hours before being made available for rental.

Do you offer group rates/package deals?

Absolutely! We have a number of gear packages available here <-hyperlink

If your looking for something outside of what is currently available contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Do you have a brick and mortar location?

No, at this point in time Pika Outdoor Specialists operates solely as a pick up/drop off service.
